Who we are
treesurgeonkingslynn.co.uk is an independent advertising and enquiry website for tree surgery services in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. Contact: quotes@treesurgeonkingslynn.co.uk.
The website is operated by After Hours Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17051217); registered details are available via Companies House under that number.
What we collect and why
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, location, and details of your enquiry. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in operating an enquiry service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives your data
Your enquiry is passed to one established local tree surgery firm so they can quote for and carry out the work. They act as an independent controller of your data once received. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months for service and record-keeping purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via the email above. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
